The RevShock™ Coilover LED Desk Lamp runs on 3 x AAA batteries (not included), so it's fully cordless and can go anywhere on your desk, shelf, or garage — no need to be near a plug point.

Orders are marked "Ready" within 1–2 business days of being placed. From there, delivery typically takes an additional 7–10 business days, so you can expect your order in roughly 10–12 days from purchase. You'll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with South African consumer protection law, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

How to return:

1. Email support@revculturesa.co.za with your order number
2. We'll arrange a return collection via Aramex or The Courier Guy
3. Ensure the product is in its original packaging
4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return

Defective products: If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately — we'll send a free replacement, no return needed. Under the Consumer Protection Act, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Return shipping: Covered by the buyer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
